Project location — Jao-Sam-Ran beach, Petchburi

Situated 15 degrees north of the equator, Jao-Sam-Ran beach enjoys a warm tropical climate year-round. The weather is particularly pleasant from January through July, when the trade winds blow. Humidity is highest during the August-through-November rainy season — and even then, the sun is rarely out of sight for long.

At Dawiburi there are contrasts in what we offer within our theme of “Luxuriously Back to Nature”: luxuries of the highest standard, with a natural feel in design and architecture.

When to visit

Jao-Sam-Ran's tropical climate is friendly all year — each season has its own character.

January – July

Particularly pleasant weather with steady trade winds — the classic season for beach days, long walks and weekends by the sea.

August – November

The rainy season. Humidity is highest, but the sun is rarely out of sight for long — the landscape at its greenest.

Year-round

Warm tropical temperatures every month. A short 1½-hour drive from Bangkok makes weekend escapes easy in any season.
